The "water issue"

It is a design fault. Next time you see a new E90 3 series take a look at the clever way they have managed to do a "hidden" rain gutter channel on that car. Having had both cars I can confirm that the E90 system is much, much better.

Don't get me wrong. I emphasize and sympathize with you on this issue. Having spent most my driving years either north of Seattle with a constant drizzle or here in central Florida with torrential rains (and ruining some nice interiors I might add) it?s a shame something seemingly so trivial and probably well worked out in previous models has to rise up and become a problem all over again. There ought to be a check list of things that are the best of the best and they get these into each new model with along with improvements if they can.
