Or you could do this. These guys are based in NY too, so they can do the install.

The Accord is different. You can't compare them!

The corrcet answer is: NO, it'S impossible to watch DVD's w/o major mods, such as installing aftermarket devices.

I have the ACM Module (bought in Germany a couple of weeks ago)... However there is not installation instruction/manual in the box, where can I get one?

I never did compare them... dont know much on the subject or care to know because its not a mod i care for. but heres the link on ebay for the item i saw.

http://cgi.ebay.com/BMW-X5-Navigation-NAV-TV-Video-Converter-DVD-MOVIES_W0QQitemZ220127276028QQihZ012QQcategoryZ48605QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdViewItem

from the look of his feedback from a couple bmw owners 2 with 7series 3series and x5.. seems to me it isnt that hard...
seems plug and play.. i would think if his item didnt work on bmw's 1 of those people would have given - feedback looks like a flawless 100% positive to... look further into this it may work for you but be cautious because u maybe tossing your warranty down the drain if it cause any problems bigggg draw back but to each him own.. good luck anyways.
