Car date is 15.11.2006 and was bought from Germany.
In 15.06.2007 car was shipped to Estonia from German dealer.
In September local BMW dealer told that the car have had accident and this was not repaired in authorized dealer (also quality of the repairing was poor), and because of that they consider to end this car warranty. It?s not sure at the moment are they interrupting whole warranty or only this part, which have had accident (right front corner and side).
Warranty is 2 years.
Does anyone have ideas?

Fair enough that they don't respect the warranty in respect of anything which could have been caused by the accident and subsequent unauthorised repair. Would think they would have a hard time under EU law to avoid paying up for something completely unrelated, though.

If the foundation for any work is shoddy, the resulting work, even if done exceedingly well will be shoddy. It is a bit like putting perfume on horse manure to make it more appealing. One would have to study the terms of the BMW new car warrenty to know for sure.
