Based on my experience, I would highly recommend the guy.
BTW... I have another set of M5 mirrors for sale. Since the first set took so long to arrive I bought another pair and had them painted AW. The day after I did that, the Aulbach pair arrived.

How did you pay for them? If you used some form of a credit card, can't you go through the credit card company for a return? It seems that whoever this is has low customer service and even if you do recieve the parts what happens if they are defective or need to be replaced? If I was you I would try to get some sort of a refund through whatever means you paid for the goods. Best of luck.
