welcome aboard, brent ! you might want to have your cousin join this forum as well since she'll be the one who drives it every day and will eventually have problems. members in here are a lot more knowledgable than most of the dealers .

Also, is there a way to force the transmission to start out of 1st instead of 2nd every stop?
Use DS or drive harder in D

I am experiencing the same "warble". I thought something was stuck in one of the front tires so I took it to the dealer. They blamed the sport package tires and the different size front vs rear. The service manager said that that is the price you pay for a performance tire setup.

It is driving me crazy as I can feel it addition to hearing it. Braking is the worst. Increasing the tire pressure helps a little. Anyone have any ideas besides replacing the tires ?

This sounds exactly like what her 5 is experiencing. It does sound worse when braking. I wonder what our dealership is going to say. I'll let you guys know.

I'll mention it to her. She's not the biggest computer or car buff, so I don't know how much she'd be interested in joining the forums. I actually think I like her car more than she does, so I told her I'd help her

However, I'll still lurk the forums in case I ever get a 5 of my own

tell her she doesn't know how to fully "utilize" the car and you go drive it every day .
