went on IE instead of Firefox and registered couple times. I never use IE so I didnt mind clearing out the cache there.

Alright now thats its lunch time and I'm sitting at a shared computer I dont care if Cookies get deleted... I've figured it out.
So I've voted about 10 times now LOL

Vote then on the following page where it thanks you for voting delete that specific cookie from your Browers cache or if you dont care like me...
Goto Tools > Internet Options > Click on Delete Cookies
Hit OK then load the page again, I have it copied, then vote again and repeat process.
