For all you Canadian owners...

I attended the 'Oktoberfest' event at BMW Moncton (Amazing dealership by the way!) and I spoke with my service guy about the issue...

Apparently this recall isn't available to us Canadian owners as of yet.

He thinks this will inevitably happen, but we're always the last to the dance... So go figure!

I believe 6-cylinder E60 vehicles have a slow vacuum leak. There are numerous reports of firm brake pressure required during vehicle start-up. The E90 has a SIB for a slow brake vacuum leak, but the E60 does not.

Example E90 SIB:
