Being serious I think the Stereo controls in the E60 let the car down. I think it looks a little cheap which is a shame as the inside of the E60 is genrally very stylish

My Ride: '04 545iS 6 spd, bought new via eBay, 11/05; Blk/Gry, Cold, L7, PDC, BMW Rear seatcover for pets.
First "Bumwa" was a new 1971 2002. High performance 5s since 1987. Beamer motorcycles too, currently on an 07 BMW K1200 GT; also a Moto Guzzi 1000 SP III.
Take a blow-torch to it and reduce it to a nub-size of your choosing.

I like the rubberized knob. I've grown used to it now from a few prior BMWs and I think it's actually a nicer feel than a plastic one...

yep. I got that feeling the first moment I saw E60 from inside. The volume knob is very very bad and cheap looking. Well the good thing is that it is hardly noticeable with black interior..... I don't care at all but since you were asking
