Was getting ready to pull the trigger on some VMR 710's in a 19" staggered setup on my 2010 535i. They must be very popular as 3 different forum vendors I checked with are sold out and 2-3 month ETA on new orders. All 3 vendors suggested the Avant Garde 310's as an alternative and in stock. I know they look very similar in appearance but have not been able to find many E60 pics with the 310's. The 710's are obviously very popular in this forum and more pics available. Two of the vendors suggested the 310's were a little better quality (Low Pressure Casting) then the 710's (Gravity Casting) but by no means bashed the VMR's. Any advice/opinions on the comparison of these wheels would be appreciated. Not sure I want to wait 2-3 months for the VMR's.

 

lol gotta love competition. screw vmr and avant get DPEs!

 

i doubt with cast wheels you will notice much of a difference in strength or weight

they are all pretty inexpensive but they all look the same to me

id get DPE wheels but they are more money, so in the end its your call

 

I don't think you can go wrong either way.

The AG setup comes in ET15 for fronts so it's a bit more aggressive stance too.

Pick up a set of the M310s from Eddie at ModBargains.com... Love them and have had a great response from other E60s around town in only a few short days.
