Hi,
Got my new OEM 166's and mounted them on the car right away - steering wheel vibrates at 80 km/h and speeds over that the rear start to shake... Fine, I take the car to a tire shop and they rebalance all 4 wheels (which all of them were bad) and mount them back onto the car. Guess what, it still vibrates. I saw it with my own eyes that they were properly balanced.
And it's always the issue when a "not so careful" mechanic starts to dismount the wheels...I'm sure there will be some (smaller) scratches.
Very, very tiresome...

You have an out of round tire. Just went through this on another vehicle.

Out of round tire is exactly that, one tyre is not completely round. Like if Race cars when they lock up a wheel and flat spot it.
Your tire dealer should be able to check all 4 tyres and see which is not round but is impersonating an egg.
The tire should be replced under warranty.

OK, seems like even OEM 19" is too much for the E60.
18" and no problems, even if the Dunlop RF's are soon done...

Take a look at my posts on vibration problems from a few days ago. I don't think that you have the same problem as me because you have OEMs and I have replicas, but everyone suggested that the vibration in my case was caused by the lack of hubcentric rings to ensure a snug fit between wheel and car.
For example, my replicas come with a hole of 74 millimeters, but I needed a 72.56 millimeter whole. The rings fill in the gaps.
Once again, OEM wheels means that your fit should come snug from the beginning. Just confirm that you have a 72.56 millimeter hole.
If you have OEMs, I agree that you probably have tire issues (I am, however, by no means an expert on this issue). By the way, I thought that I had heard somewhere that OEMs do not naturally fit on the 530i model. This may also be the case here.
