Default Vibration after 40

Hey guys,
I replaced my passenger's rear upper control arm(wishbone?) today myself. When i got my tires replaced, there were some play in the wheel, moving it back and forth. After replacing my upper control arm(wishbone?), there's still play. What else do i need to replace? The driver side rear is perfect.
Parts # that i replaced: 33-32-2-347-990
If i tighten the top nut a little before half way point, before loading suspension, is that the cause? I tighten the bolt a little bit, lowered it to the ground and then tighten the bolt as best as i could.

Probably wheel bearing.

I'm having a similar issue. I replaced both front and rear control arms/bushings and struts within the past year. Wondering if the wheel bearing is the culprit, as pointed out. Mine seems to get better, but not completely go away, at around 55 mph. Almost feels like a wheel is out of balance, but I've had them done twice and gotten an alignment.

I had some vibration after 40, diet and exercise took care of it.

I had a similar issue. Wheels were "slightly" bent (to me, I didn't think tit was that bad), got them straightened and problem gone!

I didn't need to go on any diet; because there were no money left to eat after a few car repairs. ;-)

Lucky. I bought new rims and the problem is still there. I'm leaning wheel hub.

I had the same issue a year back, vibration from 50 - 55mph.
I replaced a full set of tires, had each rim balanced under load. 1 rim was repaired
To correct what I thought was a bad weld. Took the car to BMW
And they suggested I replace 1 control arm and complete set of bushings.

In the end the silver bullet that addressed the vibration problem 1000%
Cost just over $10 shipping included and made want to slap myself afterwards.
A set of aluminum hubcentric rings on Fleebay.
If you ride is over 3 years and you can feel a miniscule faint of
Vibration either in the seat of your car or the steering wheel stop here
Go to EBay and buy a set of hubcentric rings. It will literally save you thousands. Lol

it's the best $10 bucks you'll spend on your car.

I'll have to check this out. I had the issue even while I had my old rims and it continued after getting new rims. It's worth the $10 to try it and see if it fixes the problem though. If that doesn't work, I'm going to look at the hubs next.

Its not the rims that are causing the vibration , its the rust and oxidation buildup inside of the rims and on the hub itself. cleaning may help a little.

let me know how it works?
