vibrating steering wheel

vibrating steering wheel
Hey all,
I recently bought new rims for my car 19 " Lexani R3. 245 in the front 275 rear. I had them mounted and balanced but I have a problem. When I reach about 100 kmh there is a vibration at the steering wheel and a little bit under my seat. If I got to about 130 it seems to go away, Also under 80 kmh it is not there.
It is driving me mad, anyone have any similar experience? Maybe a bent rim or something else??

My Ride: 09 550i 6sp M-Tech. 18mm spacers rear, 8mm front. Dinan intake and Stage 2 tune. Tinted tails, M5 OEM lip spoiler.

06 Volvo S60R Heavily Modded!! Gone and missed.
Either bent or out of round. Have fronts remounted and balanced. May get better.
