Sad news indeed. Through the last couple of years JDN responded to, and I responded to many of his post on both this Forum and Roadfly. Always civil and intelligent post from a class guy. Though I never got to know him other than in print, just looking at the pictures with his family gives you a good feel as to what he was about. Though I don't post as often as I did in the past, I will still miss his insight since I am a constant reader of this great forum with a lot of great guys on it.
We will miss you JDN. May you rest in peace.

So saddened by the news and my sincerest condolences to his family and friends including his many E60.net friends. I am uplifted, however, by the many tributes posted here as do I as well to a fine and gracious contributor here and where ever he touched others. Thanks to those that posted even the briefest glimpse of this fine gentleman.

I really don't know what to say right now.
I feel like I have lost a family member, allthough I never had the chance to meet JDN in real life.
I enjoyed his posts and his knowledge very much.

JDN, we will all miss you.

I hope you are now at a better place with good BBQ and fast cars.

My condolences to his family.

We have lost a great individual and good friend.

RIP JDN.

I remember his early activity in 2004 and the broken wheel episode.

JDN R.I.P.
