Does anyone have vented seats and how do they work?

 

welcome aboard ! yes, iceman has it and it has a few small fans inside your front seats. good for hot weather places

 

Not only for hot weather.
As alohalc said, you have acouple of fans in the seat and you have three speeds for them. In the following pic you see the button for them, it's the one with the blue lights.

 

Iceman I didn't see an option for vented seats my car is in production how do I go about adding them to my car

 

It's a priority one option.
You need comfort seats and nasca leather, and I think you cant have the CWP with it...
But I don't know for sure, since I am not in the US...
It has been discussed here before. If you search for priority one option or ventilated seats you will find the older discussions...

 

You have to add the upgraded perforated leather in addition to the ventilation option which makes it a $2800 option.

 

Cold weather package and rear seat heaters must be deleted in US when vent seats are ordered. As above Nasca leather(perforated) is required for vent seats. the Nasca will be on the back seats as well even though they are not ventilated. I can tell you more when my car arrives in 2-3 weeks.

 

And on the doorsand headrests too...

 

If you haven't found the prices MSRP Vent Seats $1025, Nasca Leather $1850, Comfort Seats $1200 All US dollars 2005 pricing(ouch ).
