Vehicle prep cemter to dealer - how long?

My Ride: 530i 6 speed
MY new car got into New jersey 9 days ago. The Owner's circle stated a delivery date of 9/11. Now, 5 days later, the car still has not shown up at my dealer (dealer is in eastern PA). 
The dealer knows nothing. How long does this usually take? Did my car get damaged during transport and they fix it and don't tell me?

The timeframe does appear a bit longer than I experienced. My car arrived at port in South Carolina and was at my dealer in New Orleans in 8 days. That includes clearing customs, VPC inspection and transit. Not sure what is taking your car so long, other than as you mentioned, the potential of some minor damage in transit, that is being repaired at the VPC. I find it hard to believe that your dealer can't get you more information.
