u still gotta make them pay for the damages. Never valet ur car. I dont mind them driving hard since cars are made to be driven. Just dont ride my clutch, do crazy burnouts or donuts, drop my clutch, curb my wheels, etc. I probably would've flipped out if i saw that.

naw its ok. there really is no more damage. it looks worse than what it is. most of the damage was the paint on the wheel. now that i detailed it off. there is no noticeable scratch. if there was... believe me id take em to small claims n everything. i guess i got lucky this time

Glad to hear you were able to get the scratch out. I park my car in my apartment building garage in Manhattan which means that every day I need to give it over to the parking attendants to squeeze it into some ridiculously tight space. It makes me sick every time I hand the car over to them.

So far though, in 9 years of living in my building, the parking attendants have never damaged my cars. That's why I tip them generously every time I get the car and at the holidays (and of course because they depend on those tips to make a liveable wage).

But I still dread handing the keys over to them. And I always will.

kick his ass
Irritate the hell out of him. Call him every name in the book. Threaten him with his life, etc. I am sure that he will personally see that you get everything that is coming to you.

Treat him like dirt. You have nothing to lose. LOL
