yes i did. yea i guess ill keep fighting it. im just so mad cause these are brand new rims ive had em for a couple weeks and had to wait 7 weeks to get them

Then definitely make them pay for and address their mistake. Simple business law, if you turn over possession of your property to an employee they are responsible for damage regardless of their policy.

So people don't ask. Every dry cleaners has a sign that says "not responsible for loss or damage" but since there are no self service dry cleaners they are in fact responsible.

Same principle as the policy some stores have where they require a minimum purchase to use a credit card, did you know that isn't legal either?

no i did not know that is illegal.

where is the line drawn though... i bought a PS3 3 months ago and i dont want it anymore. but best buys return policy is 30 days...
