If you didnt complain about it when you got your car back your S.O.L.
I valeted back in high school, usually when the driver gets the keys they list if there are any damages to the car already.
So maybe you could be in luck, if they use that system.
Good Luck cause its basically your word versus theirs.
And most of the time the insurance companies favor the big business over the little man.

I think that you've got 'em with those pics. I would ask the LA area members here where there is a good rim shop. I am sure there are tons in the car capital of our country. I would then take the estimate to the manager and demand that they pay for it. If he does, get it in writing. If he refuses, get the wheels fixed, keep all documentations, and take 'em to small claims court. I would never make a claim against my own insurance policy for so small a monetary loss -- your insurer with screw you over with increased premiums that will more than cancel out any amount of moeny that they pay to you.

Of course, if you have separate wheel and tire insurance then by all means, make a claim. But even if your regular auto policy covers that kind of damage, don't claim against that kind of policy.

Good luck, Ive had friends that had similar problems and its always a headache. Get a new rim if you can, refinishing should only be when its coming outa your pocket.
Definately try complaining to the valet company, and if that doesnt work make a big stink at the resturant because they will be the ones concerned about customer satisfaction.

I had the a similar situation. They dinged my door, a deep deep dent.

Luckily my g/f saw it before we left the wedding and filed a claim through them. It was such a hassle, but they paid for it and took a week to take care of.

Good luck. Make sure u take plenty of pics and keep bothering them till they pay!

I would ask the LA area members here where there is a good rim shop.
Just be mindful how you ask:

If I remember right, your IForged wheels have a chrome lip so you can't just take them to any wheel repair shop.

PM members SoCalBimmer or Macfly and see where they got their wheels fixed, boht curbed a wheel earlier this year. Member Macfly's wheel was also curbed by a valet..so you can pm him to see how he handled it....
