V19 feedback ?

My Ride: 535 D - to be delivered end Feb 2005 - color E08 - comfort seats - executive leather balck - 122 wheels - dynamic drive - active steering - pack luxe - tecnology pack - moon roof - 6CD player - hifi system - spare wheel - BT phone
Can someone give me feedback about the upgrade to V19 on a diesel car with automatic trans. and if possible a 535D coming from the latest soft version before birdview (15?)
I have readen on a German site that shifting should be softer and the engine much more silencious and giving better accelerations.
Quid about light sensor? Quid about I drive being locked for some menu's.
It looks that there is an issue about consumption: not clear if better or worse.
