I have never coded a TCU but I'm pretty sure you do it the same way as any other module. All the ones I've retroed were done the same way. The only difference was programming the different options which this should not have

For the OP’s benefit, I used tool32 to change vin on module before and afaik that’s the correct sw tool to use.
