Picking up my 535 today. Rear bumper is being replaced / repainted. Went to see it. Color is dead on, but one side of the new bumper has noticeable orange peel in the paint.
The shop forman says "he got a little dry on the spray". Forman said it's "no problem, they can give it a little wet sand and it is a normal fix. Come back in an hour and we'll have it ready."
Does this sound kosher or should I demand they redo the whole bumper? Supposed to be a great shop, so I don't know if they are straight up or taking a short cut on the fix.
Thanks!

Most orange peel effect can wet sanded down like they said, it aint no big deal. I wet sanded my msport rear bumper at the weekend, you cant see any peel effect now at all.

Not to mention, how about viewing the results before we panic? If you go and pick it up and it looks like crap - make them fix it, but while they are still working on it there's no way to tell if the end product will be perfect or not.

Thanks all! Picked up the car and it is perfect! Thanks to your quick advice, I am confident it was resolved properly and I wasn't delivered a "patch job".
