Just got my car back. Upgraded to 16.2. NAV updates are great, Boot-up time is quicker, Voice Command for SAT still doesn't seem to work.

Anyone have a problem with SAT voice control not working after upgrade?

I don't think it ever worked -- before or after the upgrade.

It seems to me that BMW hasn't gotten around to adding that feature set -- probably because they're working on higher priorities that affect more than the small subset of customers looking to control Sirius with voice...

On my early April 05 545i with factory Sat Radio and Nav. I have a degree of voice command. I say "Sat Radio" and voice command repeats and goes to it, but you can not call up any of the channels, though it does repeat Pure Jazz when I say it, but only goes to it because it is the first of the favorites I programmed. I can't call up any other channel. I don't know, maybe the voice command guy is a Jazz fan too. It actually goes to the last Sat channel you previously had on when you use voice command. You can then scroll through the 12 favorite channels you programmed in with your steering wheel buttons. Very convenient.
I really don't know the reason voice command works. Is it because it is a new factory installed Sat radio, or if it is because it has the most recent softwear? Beats me.

I got it to work. I was saying "Satellite Radio" instead of "SAT Radio".
