I have the professional navi and the hifi 10x active speaker package.
I have never listened to the logic7 system and I wonder if there is a big difference in the systems sound?
And i'm sure this has been asked many times before? But is it possible to upgrade my speakersystem to a better? `
What and how to do it??
I have searched the forum but i cannot find anything, please help a newbie

It can be done but not via your normal BMW dealer.
You will need to get a new amp, rewire every speaker to the back of the car, reprogram the car.

Here in the States, Bavarian Sound Works make a great replacement speaker system. I replaced my center channel speaker the other day and that alone sounds great. An i do have the Logic 7.
I just got a 2005 545i with Logic7. I'm kind of an audiophile so would love to upgrade the system on the cheap if possible. As far as car audio, I think the Logic7 sounds pretty good already. Are you going to look into replacing the midrange and bass drivers with BSW parts as well?
Sorry for the threadjacking
