It's not a simple softare upgrade beacuse you need to change the display. The pro nav has a bigger display than the business. In my car I have no navi and when I checked it out to uppgrade to a pro nav car it costed me about 6500 dollars including the work! Call your dealer and check out what it costs.

My Ride: 535d Sport, carbon black, media pack, visibility pack, grey leather, heated seats, sun protection glass, voice control, Eibach ProKit, 19" 166 style wheels, e-maps ECU remap to 325hp and 640NM, top speed limiter removed

as said before, requires hardware (expensive), software and some labour (expensive)
In the UK I am certain it will be between 3.5 and 4 grand (pounds) easily
