You can't get the free PDF reader? It got too big to make real neat in Word, but I could try. It just might be missing some lables. Also I have already reset everything to normal text so the changes will not be noted, but I suppose that won't make any difference if you did not see/have a previous revision.

I have Adobe and can read and print the document. I was hoping to get it in xl so i could reorganize the data to suit my needs, e.g. organize by date, application or SIB. Is there a free PDF readerthat will allow me to reorganize the data? If so I am happy to give it a try.

After I first responded I realized what u were really after. So I did just that. Go over to the linked post and you will find a Word Document (.Xl* files cannot be posted on forum). There u will find I have embedded an Excel Worksheet Object into the Word Document. You mearly have to coopy and paste back into Excel as a Workshhet and manipulate to your hearts content.
