My Ride: E39 525d, orient blue with beige interior. Planing on getting an E60 535d next summer when my lease on my E39 is over :)

Does anyone have a clue of what would be the power of the 535d if it is updated with the magnesium/aluminium frame engine.What are the odds of seing this update coming out before the end of the year? I would believe it would get updated along the 530d but WHEN?!!!

Nothing official yet. The updated 7 series gets the updated engine (30d) very soon and I guess once the stock of 'old' engines are used in other models it will appear. Possibly before the end of this year.

The same updates hitting the 35d are all guess work but it's only a matter of time...
