Hello,

I found a cable not plugged under the rear seat.

It is written: BATTERIEHAUPTSCHALTER (Transl. Goog : BATTERY MAIN SWITCH)

Do you know what it is?

Google of "batteriehauptschalter" word gets you to this:

I think this makes sense. A pre-delivery electrical cable.

It's for battery conservation during the time it's in the plant and during shipping. Its like a big kill switch. So the switch cable will connect here and hang down in the rear floor area. There was a big problem with batteries due to the systems running and no one driving the cars so the battery was often dead when the car arrived to the dealers.

A kill switch that small of a gauge? I seen it when I did my Fuel Filter/sending unit but I didn't mess with it. I think you can see it in my pics. It's there and unplugged for a reason so I didn't even touch it.

The actual cable with the switch on it connects here. I'll send you a pic in the next days.
