Hey All,
I brought my car in for some free service last week, oil change, sunroof adjustment because of noise, and check for vibration between 60 -75 miles per hour. I also told them about the peeling on the driver side panel where the window switches are. They had to order another panel, and will replace sometime this week.
My question is, can I have them update the software so my in dash cd player will play mp3's? It is still under warranty. Will they do it?
I thought I read that someone had it done without charge because their car was still under warranty.
Thanks for your input.
Mitch

It is a warranty item but what is the build date of your car? The PDF describes the issue and the fix but for cars built before Sept 29, 2005, you have to have Navigation. Looking at your signature, I don't see Nav...

The build date is 11/04. And no, I don't have NAV. So, this won't work because I don't have Nav?
