This topic seems to come up from time to time. The bottom line is that once you post a picture on the internet, it's possible that it'll be used somewhere else without your knowledge and/or permission. If you don't want it used, you can either not post it in the first place or put some sort of copyright "bug" on the picture before posting it. That way, the person who wants to use it would have to contact you for a "bugless" version...

You own the rights to the pictures. They MUST remove the images or you can take them to court.

Let's hope this doesn't cause any bad feelings though. I appreciate your frustration, but a PM or even phone call/email to the contact details on the company website might be more appropriate. Would be a shame to air all of this in public.

It was not our intention to "offend" you. All you have to do - if you a reasonable way about you - is email us and say - Please don't use my photo.
The photos were linked on Google Images for us by a friend that did some searching. Next time, just email us and request we take it down.
