Hi guys, welcome to all the new members

Does anyone have any reccomendations on tyres. Both my fronts are illegal and rears are borderline so I'm hoping to get all 4 changed this weekend.
I currently have the 19" 172's wearing Sport Contacts.

I'm looking at getting Falken FK-452's all round. Has anyone had any experience with these?
Any other suggestions around the ?6/700?

Fronts: 245/35/19 Y
Rears: 275/30/19 Y

Hope everyone is cool and got some mods planned for summer

Sag!

I see our point. I also dislike the black and beige interiors for black cars. Its too dark. Mine is a champagne colour which I quite like. Not so easy to keep clean though but if you like a good sunday workout with car detailing, its not an issue at all. Check picture of my interior.
cheers

Probably best if we don't as why...

Sag!

I had the Michalin PS2s on my previous M166 rims. They were excellent with grip, comfort (quite soft walls) and noise. The down side was they gave zero protection to the lip of the wheel, so when you brushed the curb the wheel took the hit straight away. They were expensive, so maybe not 6/700 category??
For my M172s which I just ordered for summer, I decided to try out the Dunlop Sportmaxx tyres. They are also meant to be good with grip and road noise, but not as comfortable as the Michalins. The reason is that the wall is harder and sticks out more, which does however mean you get better protection of the rim -- i.e. the tyre will take the initial hit if you come to close to the curb. If this really prevents kerb rash, only time will tell -- I certainly hope so after the mess I made of my M166s In Germany these were slightly more expensive than the Falkens, but not as expensive as the Michalins.
Sorry, can't help with the UK prices, but hopefully the feedback on the tyre experiences / considerations is useful.

Have fun finishing off the rears...

Clutch and Flywheel changed under warranty.....Thank God,

The bill would have been ?1600 ( gulp )..

I got it back 4 days after it was dropped at the dealership....

But i did have a yellow cog 2 days after getting it back

Only for 10 seconds or so and haven't seen it since ... Fingers crossed.

Accessory Control Module

From the "Limited" research I've done on the unit, it allows for the Front/Rear camera addition, engine/battery information (Temp & Voltage) and the option of adding such things as USB connectivety....which is the main reason I'm looking into it.
