what about "mercedes world" near byfleet (surrey) just off the A3/M25
would be fun there seeing a load of BMW's turning up. plus its car relaited (look it up on the web)

Top idea! Mercedes wordl would be a great place to meet. Its not a rarity ... there are lots of people meeting at mercedes world so its definftely possible. Great locations, lots of space and mega safe. Makes sense

Any more folks ? Lets get this set for a day near xmas. Possibly a Sunday if at all possible!

Meet up topic moved here

Always nice to hear a familiar voice, hope you ok mate, i did advertise the stuff for a short while on Piston Heads but decided to kepp the bits and the car, till at least summer next year, Raj i think you should consider my Schnitzer's for your 5, they would look the nuts on a black 5, unless you have another plan up your sleeve.
Would love to, but as we have just had our second child, finances are now tied up for a little while. Unless you fancy giving them me on a buy now pay later..

Has anyone had issues with the Prof. radio when travelling far away from their local area? I had a long list of stations in the "All Stations", but since I travelled to the UK, that menu option is now unavailable. I'm unable to scan and populate the All Stations list. It's greyed out. I also don't get any TMC info appear on routes. Something weird's going on. I thought FM was FM and it made no difference which european country you were in. I know that not all european countries have TMC, but I thought UK did (like Germany does). Weirdest thing is not being able to do an auto-scan though.
Back home in Germany today and the "All Stations" is working again. It seems like German spec cars have different software and are unable to scan for stations when in the UK. It's looking for something (I imagine in the RDS data) that it's not finding on UK stations. Oh well, nothing to worry about. I don't have a busted FM tuner Something to watch out for if y'all do the reverse, and bring your UK spec cars over to Germany for some Autobahn fun.

Some guys from my old Haunt at the E46 zone are heading over to the Nordschleife amoung other place next July if any E60'ers fancy tagging along with me and my sole E60 amoung many E46's

We were debating if we could get the world record for the most BMW's / Cars doing 150+ mph in convoy on the Autobahn ( J/K )
