To address your question: Maybe there are no Turkeys in China so they haven't been exposed to them. I thought the Turkey was a North American bird.

I think the Chinese missed out on the turkey because turkey was not know to Marco Polo when he made the trip to China. They seem to enjoy their spaghetti (noodles) a lot, though, all thanks to Marco Polo.
To Vlad: I don't know, but it looks to me like someone took a Grand-AM and kitted it to resemble an E60.
