BMW Group sales this December totaled 29,292 units which represents a 17.6% increase from the 24,915 cars and trucks sold in December, 2003. Total BMW Group sales for all of 2004 totaled 296,111 vehicles, an increase of 6.9% for the year.

So if someone took delivery of a new BMW on January 03,2005 it would count towards the 2004 year's sales numbers?
Or was 12-31-04 the last date for that?

In the United States the December, 2004 sales month end close was Monday, January 3, 2005 for every automobile manufacturer.

I'm amazed at how it seems the the BMW X3 and X5 are simply kicking ass over the M-B M-class (and G-class).
I'm glad to see BMW doing so well but it seems like I still see way more M-class vehicles on the road...
