Had my seat heater recall completed yesterday, it took them 6 hours instead of the allocated 3 hours. They also say one of the front seat covers is defective, I cannot find anything wrong with the appearence of the leather so maybe it is scorced internally, anyway silly to refuse a new one so car is rebooked for 1st Feb.
