Thumbs up

When I'm in the entertainment section it won't let me select TV. Instead it is un-highlighted Same with MD even though I put a MD in

Anyone have any ideas?

??

Do you have the TV option or not?

If not, you can retrofit it searching on eBay.de for the module .

Ahh ok, have bought the vehicle 2nd hand, has i-drive but when you go into entertainment, it has TV but it's unhighlighted as a pose to the AM/FM/CD, also MD is unhighlighted...

What exactly do I need from ebay to retrofit the vehicle to be able to have TV?

looks like the previous owner had the TV and MD module and had them removed or sold separately but the coding is still there, if you buy the modules again you can just plug and play, did you buy a Japanese Spec E60 by any chance?

I actually have a better solution. Buy the MOST interface and then you can plug in anything and watch it on your screen when you select the TV option. I think you are quite lucky to have the options programmed in.
