I think that's a seven series -- I think he posted a link to the company that makes the interfaces in his first post.
Unless I'm missing something on the site, I don't think they have a product for the E60 yet.

no they will have it ready (expectant) on agust the 10th. for the 7 series it is like 499 but i called them and they told me for the e60 it would be a bit more because it will have the tv tuner already built into it i am going to call them the 10th and find out more info. i wana be one of the first to have it. and also he said that it is a plug and play, do it your self kit!!! i cant wait.

Makes you think twice about getting the dvd to play if you go faster than 6 km/h.. I would never watch a movie in the car, but do like to watch/listen music dvd's because you don't have to look at the screen to understand what is happening. Anyhow, know I understand why they have secured it so you the screen goes blank..

Though I agree no one should be watching movies while driving, here in Los Angeles we have major traffic problems called Sig-Alerts. There has been a few times when I've been traveling about 2mph and it would have been nice to atleast pop in some music videos.
