I dunno, I never had any car serviced at Irvine yet... I usually goto Long Beach or New Century BMW. I just went there to buy the M5. Maybe I'll start using Irvine as a service center if they give me loaners

Anyone you recommend?

No, I don't feel it much once I start driving and when engine has been warmed up. Dealer wanted to keep it overnight and check when the car is cold. I will update once I hear from them..

I have never seen any 5 series as loaners there. I only see the 3 series and I think they have a few X3s. Who is you SA?

On this same note, I got a Nissan Sentra (through Enterprise) the other when I dropped my car off. It was the cheapest, bare bone model. Then again I only use the rental if needed, so its not that big of a deal.

UPDATE:
I got a call from the dealer and they said that my car is ready. When I asked them about the car rocking/shaking from left to right, they told me that they could not reproduce the problem, suspected the oil level and they did oil change. I will have to get it tomorrow and check for myself.
