To steal my own post...
Lost my golden in January to cancer. We had to put her down. Miss her every day, she was a member of our family. The most loving dog on earth.
Oh well...

Fine by me!! Does it really matter what the color is when the majority of drivers here in the states don't use the damn things anyway?

So true... So here in the Chicago area a couple of months ago, we had a lady doing 55 mph run into another woman sitting on her motorcycle at a red light. The cyclist was killed of course. The offender admitted to the cop that she was painting her finger nails while driving.
I was wondering besides being so stupid for doing that in the first place, how could you admit that. Maybe she had red fingernail polish all over her after slamming into the motorcycle.

Sorry to hear that. I currently have an English Mastiff female, we may breed her. If so, want a puppy?
but we are still having difficultly losing our last furry family member and don't know about doing this again.

You would think that using their turn signals caused them physical pain the way they avoid them!!

I've been hit in the rear by someone not paying attention. I was also nearly rear ended when someone wasn't looking and instead of hitting my (then) new e39 the other driver decided to run her car up the side of a bridge (up a 12" concrete curb) and skid down four car lengths before stopping. My wife was in the passenger seat pregnant. I was so happy she didn?t hit me I got out to help the woman with calling for a tow truck. The other driver was very shooken up and likely totaled her car but was okay. In addition, I knew someone who rear ended a tractor trailer stalled on a highway in heavy fog - he didn't make it. So other people may not use turn signals or know how to use rear fog lights but I?ll do my part to protect my ass. Amber signals and read fogs for me.

While very true I still will do everything in my own power to keep someone from rear ending me.
