Trunk open warning while trunk closed.

Okay, visited a client tonight. Put my stuff in the trunk and took off.. After 50 meters the gong goes off and shows the trunk open warning. I get out, pull the trunk (not the handle) and it is closed and I am not able to open it. No gap and everything looks fine. Opened it up. Closed it again. Drove off and no more warnings again.
Very strange, not irritating or anoying but just curious if others have had this too.. I have to say it rained tonight but while putting my stuff in it was dry weather..

Yup. Happened twice to me. I thought that maybe I hit a bump and it closed itself before I got to stopping and checking because both times it was "closed".

i happened to me once and i had mentioned about this problem awhile ago. i was backing out the parking stall and the warning went off. i stopped, checked, trunk was perfectly closed 
. i opened it, closed it again, and was ok after. the other time was i accidentally hit the trunk opening button on my key but didn't notice it. i drove off the stall and looked at the rearview mirror... 
, the trunk was opened but no warning or whatsoever 
. i closed it and was ok after. i think it's the software problem again but i didn't bother to take my car back and have them update yet. i'm just too lazy
