Hi

You do not write if you got a Aut. transmision or an manual , so ?

In all case it's a good idea to change the oil for every 60 tkm/ every 2 year.

If you have aut. transmision , BMW describe to use eidter Shell M-1375.4 ATF or ZF Lifeguard6 ATF oli , I just use the Mobil LT71141 ATF oil and this works very well alos , and that to a 1/3 of the cost of the Shell and ZF oil's price !

Regarding oil on the mauel transmision , I don't know sorry

Regards
