My Ride: BMW 550i Sapphire Black on Black.

So I took my car to BMW service and they told me that the software download for the transmission will take up to 13 hours. Is this correct and also they are offering me M5 rims with tires for 2500 is that a good deal.
Although I did get a 335ix for a loaner car with 800 miles
