I've got a 2004 545i w/ auto transmission. There are two transmission cooling lines that go to the bottom rear of the radiator. Do these lines carry transmission fluid or antifreeze? I have a slight leak at these lines, and it looks like transmission fluid. Does anyone know what it costs to have an indy replace these lines?


I've got about 123k miles. I have never serviced my transmission fluid. I am having no transmission problems and I'm wondering if I'm asking for trouble if I do an xmission fluid/filter change, or would you recommend it?
