transmission problem

My Ride: My car is a 2005 530i with M5 aero body kit, supersprint exhaust system. It has an automatic gearbox, sun blinds, cd changer, black Dakota leather and so on.
Hi guys, I'm having problem when shifting from 4th to 5th gear but only when engine is making more than 4500rpm. Before it shifts to 5th gear it comes on the 3rd for a while and then to the 5th.
Can someone give me some clarification on this matter?

My Ride: SOLD...Jet Black 2008 550i M Sport with SAT, black interior. RPI exhaust and air scoop, 35% huper optik tint all around, CF roundels, flat black kidneys, Springfield Armory XD-40 jet black in glove box, charcoal filter removed.
auto or manual, what type of E60, year, need more info man
