Transmission Malfunction/Gear lock codes
Hi all. I have a 2007 525i (160k miles) that has giving me the following codes after giving me the transmission malfunctioning warning along with the gear shift locking: Transmission Control (02AD), Central control timeout (4E20), Glue-relay MPM failure (93AB Message failure (E18F), MFS fault (9FEb and was hopeful I can get some ideas of what may be going on. The only remotely noteworthy things I can think of leading up to this (outside of the obvious transmission malefaction light) is that the car set for like 2 weeks recently and when I went to drive it again, a lot of the coolant had seemed to leak out. I didn't see a leak under the car and my mechanic couldn't find a leak but I had just topped the coolant off maybe a month or two before that so I assume somethings up. Also, this may be completely irrelevant as well but about 6 months ago, some leaves got stuck in the engine somehow causing the rear driver side to get filled with water every time it rained. Again, that may be completely irrelevant, just trying to include as much information as I can. Thanks.
EDIT: Also worth noting that upon cranking it I get the message: Gear can be engaged without depressing the break. And there was leakage in the trunk by the spare tire.
TLDR; Got transmission malfunction warning/gear shift locked. Got following codes:
Transmission Control (02AD)
Central control timeout (4E20)
Glue-relay MPM failure (93AB
Message failure (E18F)
MFS fault (9FEB
