okay, so i have used my crystal ball to determine you have a 2006 525 with an automatic transmission and you live in california. I am not seeing the part number. here all all the names and part #'s of parts associated with the transmission:

wow thanks... its the plug right under the starter... when i was pulling the starter out my friend kind of broke the clips on it... and yes i live in la, california... thanks for Nigel (einstein57) and all his help i found the problem
