Transmission fluid leak

My Ride: 2007 BMW 550i Sport Pkg, 6MT
I first noticed leak around 7500 miles and the dealer replaced pan and gasket.
It still leaked when I checked about 1000 miles later and the dealer replaced rear seal, and pan & gasket again.
Now, at 19600 miles, I found it leaked again (I don't know when exactly the leak started) by inspecting rear part of pan. The car will be in next Monday.
What are the possible reasons for leaks? Could transmission internal pressure be too high?
