Default Transmission

Was hearing funny noises while coasting the car starting 2 days ago . Today (thanksgiving) I was turning the corner and I stepped on gas and heard a loud bang and now my car won’t move . Put in drive and all other gears and won’t move at all . No lights on dash saying transmission fault . When I shift back into park it makes a grinding noise . Anyone else have this problem? What could it be out of warranty at 94k

Did your driveshaft break? If you put it in Park, does it roll on a hill?

no it’s in park now and won’t go anywhere. I’m not sure but it does sound like a drive shaft or axle problem right ? Not tranny !
