I have no Idea what it can be... What's more only 2800 miles till warranty expires. My 2005 545 locked up again. It feels like someone presses the brake suddenly and it is so hard that seat belt lock gets engaged. I took two trips to the dealer for this but (as always) they can not duplicate the problem ehhh... Also when driving for about an hour or more I can feel car act as if it has some kind of a "hickup" it happens every 5 6 seconds and does not stop until car get cooler again. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Sorry for my english I am not a native speaker

Be sure the symptoms and your complaints are recorded by the service department so that if they recur after your warranty expires you'll have some leverage. Intermittent problems are very difficult to diagnose if they can't be replicated when the SA test drives the car.

However, some record of the problem should or could be captured by one of the computers that are on board. I don't think a visible error message / light has to go off to catch drive train problems like this.

For sure something is wrong. As the other user said make sure there is a history of this. Usually when tranny's run into issues its just a matter of time (usually shorter then longer) before your tranny goes out. I think I'd take it back to the dealer and say my warranty is almost up and I don't want to get stuck 5,000 miles down the road and get screwed on the tranny. This sounds like a safety issue also. Good dealership should look into this much more. You don't want to cause an accident if your tranny locks up in heavy traffic.
