I have a 2004 525i and these errors came up with Solenoid valve 3 error using inpa and Rheingold.
EGS 4E86 E2
4E86 64
DME/DDE 299a E8

I have replaced the valve body with one from Revmax. Now it even drives smoother.
but the same code still appears and it wont pass smog here in California.
i used the same transmission control module. It runs great but I just dont know how to remove the code.
Clearing by Inpa only works for a minute.
Any suggestions?
