I just bought an 05 545i a week ago and im starting to have a weird issue with the DTS/ traction control system, the problem is kinda intermittent when i turn on my car i get an error the dts/dsc system is not operating at all but the weird part is the it only happens some times when i start the car... has anybody had a similar problem and what was the solution? Please help I need TC cause i have a heavy right foot lol

So you start the car and immediately get a DTC error? or DSC? they are two different things. I think you need to be more specific in describing your problem.
